Here at Richmond Hill Natural Therapies, we offer a wide selection of massage techniques, such as:
 deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy, pre and post natal, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Thai Yoga massage and sports massage to name a few.
Other various bodywork techniques such as reflexology, aromatherapy, cranio sacral, hot stone massage, reiki and Lomi Hawaiian Massage can be encorporated into your session, depending on the therapist.

- Privacy Officer
The managers Sam Domingues and Debra Taylor will undertake the responsibility as information officer.
- Collection of Information
The information that is collected from the clients is important to serve them optimally for safe and effective treatment. Our office requests the client provide us with general and emergency contact so that we may notify of any changes of time or cancellation of appointments. We also collect their addresses so that we may provide information or receipts when needed.
- Keeping the Files
The files are kept in a secure location. They are kept for 10 years after the last appointment. The files are disposed of by shredding or they are destroyed by other means in order to ensure confidentiality. The scheduling of appointments is done manually.
- Access to the Files
The manager of this office and those who retrieve the files are the only persons who have access to the patient's file. Peer assessors who visit our office to evaluate the massage therapist may also have access to a client's file. If the client wishes to remain anonymous, please inform the receptionist for this request. A written consent from the client must be submitted for release of any documents for medical legal reports. All members of our Health Care Team who are involved in treatment of the client will have access to the client file.
- Client Access to Files
In order for clients to access their files, a written notice must be submitted 48 hours in advance, to the manager. Original copies are the property of the establishment and are not permitted to leave the premises. Photocopies may be requested for an additional fee. Clients must notify the receptionist of any changes that occur to their file.
- Phone Calls
The receptionist needs to obtain consent from the client to leave a message on either their business, home or cell numbers provided, if unavailable to answer their phone to confirm future appointments.
